Degree & Me is provided by Ryan Grace operating Degree & Me. By using or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and are contracting with Ryan Grace for use of Degree & Me. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Degree & Me provides college and career tests, suggested matches, education-cost and ROI estimates, resource guides and optional paid planning tools.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Degree & Me. If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, obtain a parent or guardian’s permission to use the service and make purchases.

Provide accurate account information, keep it up to date and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account and should contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

All salary, cost and ROI figures are estimates based on public data and the assumptions or information used in the tools. They are not financial advice or a guarantee of earnings, employment, admission, scholarships, loan eligibility or investment returns. Actual pay, costs, interest rates and outcomes may vary.

Matches are suggestions, not decisions on your behalf. Verify current information with schools, employers and lenders, and consider all factors with your family, counselor or a qualified adviser before committing to a path.

You must not use the service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or to harass or harm others. Do not upload malware, probe or interfere with security, scrape the service without permission, bypass technical limits, reverse engineer the software where prohibited by law, or resell access.

Ryan Grace retains ownership of Degree & Me and its software, documentation, branding and other intellectual property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your personal planning within your access tier.

You retain rights to information you submit. You permit us to store and process your test answers and saved results only as needed to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You must have the rights to any content you submit. Send rights-holder complaints to info@degreeandme.com; we may remove infringing content and suspend accounts for repeated or serious infringement.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Full Access is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The Pricing page lists the offer and included features. Refer to Paddle’s Buyer Terms for payment, billing, applicable tax, cancellation and refund mechanics. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout.

Our Refund Policy offers a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. A confirmed full refund removes paid access; free tests, basic results and free tools remain available.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The service is provided as available; maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control may interrupt access. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service or request account deletion by emailing info@degreeandme.com. Account deletion does not automatically request a refund; follow the Refund Policy for refund requests.
